Bolton-born Paddy McGuinness will make Soccer Aid history this May as he becomes the charity match’s all-time appearance holder.
The Farnworth-raised comedian and presenter is set for his 10th outing in the world’s biggest celebrity football match when England face the Soccer Aid World XI at the London Stadium on Sunday, May 31.
Paddy said: “Wow! 20 years of Soccer Aid with this one being my 10th appearance, in the world’s biggest charity football match.
“I cannot wait.
“To share a pitch with football legends and stars for such an amazing cause is an honour.
” I hope to see as many people as possible at the London Stadium on Sunday 31st May and raise even more money than last year.”

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Soccer Aid for UNICEF, which has raised more than £121 million since it was co-founded by Robbie Williams in 2006.
Robbie will once again be involved, managing the England side, while former England captain Wayne Rooney returns to the pitch.
Hollywood actor and UNICEF UK Ambassador Tom Hiddleston is also back for another appearance, alongside singer Olly Murs and TV personality Sam Thompson.

Among the celebrity debutants are GK Barry, 16-year-old actor Owen Cooper, F1 film star Damson Idris, rugby union player Joe Marler and radio presenter Jordan North.
Gladiators star Nitro will also feature for the first time.
YouTuber Angry Ginge, last year’s Player of the Match, is returning, as is rapper and TV chef Big Zuu.
On the World XI side, sprint legend Usain Bolt will take on the role of manager.
He will have footballing royalty at his disposal, including former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci and ex-Barcelona full-back Jordi Alba.
Former Lionesses Steph Houghton and Jill Scott are also involved, along with Toni Duggan and Jermain Defoe for England.
Paddy has become a familiar face in the England squad over the years, often donning the gloves.
This year he is set to share goalkeeping duties with Joe Hart and Joe Marler.
The match will be hosted by Dermot O’Leary and Alex Scott, with commentary from Sam Matterface, and broadcast live on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
More than 60,000 fans are expected at the London Stadium, with tickets priced from £20 for adults and £10 for juniors.
Organisers have also promised a special extended half-time show to celebrate the milestone year.
Funds raised will help UNICEF provide clean water, healthcare, education and emergency support to children affected by conflict, disaster and poverty.
